You may place an order in any of the following ways:- Via the shopping cart (you will need to pay by credit card) or,
- By printing out our Retail Order Form (PDF) and either faxing, mailing, or emailing it back. See our contact page.
- $20 minimum for web site orders.
We ship FREE via UPS ground within the United States. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical street location for the shipping address.
For shipping outside of the United States, please fill out our Retail Order Form (PDF) and email, fax or mail it back to us. After receiving the form, we will contact you with a total including the shipping charges for your approval.
Most orders ship within a week of confirmation.

A tracking number will be emailed to you the day your order has been shipped.
Our work cannot be returned for a refund. Work may be returned for credit towards replacement items under the following circumstances:
• You were shipped an incorrect item.
• The work was damaged in shipping.
• The work is defective.
If your circumstance falls within the above scenarios, please keep the work in its original packaging and contact us immediately for instructions on how to proceed. We must hear from you within 2 weeks of having received your order. If we approve your return, Bella Luz Studio will pay for all shipping fees. We do not issue credit and are not responsible for return shipping without pre-approving your return.
Sales tax will be added on to orders shipped to a location within the state
of Washington. Sales tax is based on the local sales tax rate of the
shipping destination. All other orders will not be charged sales tax.
Every Bella Luz Studio light comes in an attractive gift box embellished with a metallic copper foil design. The boxes are so pretty that with a bit of ribbon, you may decide you don't even need to use gift wrap!
Not sure what designs your friend or loved one would like? We offer gift certificates that you may purchase at any dollar amount. Your giftee may use up the certificate all at once, or if there is a remainder, they may redeem what is left at a later time. In a hurry? We can mail or email the gift certificate directly to your giftee, if you like.
If you see a Luminette design that you would like in the form of a Bella Luz Sconce but don't see it amongst the Sconces that we offer, it may be possible to place a custom order with us for an additional $25 charge. Please contact us with the image that you would like and we will get back to you.
Bella Luz Studio will not sell nor disclose any information that identifies you to a third party.
Can I mix and match images and frames? What you see on our website is what we offer. We cannot change the frame style for any image.
Why do the frames of the pieces I received look different than what I see on the website? Each light includes a copper frame that is hand-textured and treated by patina. The hand-texturing is individual and the patina is a mysterious and unpredictable process, causing each frame to have a unique color and texture pattern.
How do I clean my Bella Luz Studio light? Clean your piece with a feather duster or a dry, soft cotton rag. Do not use chemical cleaners as the copper patina will be affected.
The image in my piece became badly damaged. Can I replace it? Yes. Please contact us. Let us know the piece you have and your shipping address. We will give you shipping instructions and an estimate on the repair charge. You will be responsible for shipping charges both directions.
I just received my order, but the bulb doesn’t light. What should I do? We will replace any defective electrical component as long as you contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order. But first, please try making sure that the light bulb is screwed in securely.
Do the lights come in gift boxes? Yes, each piece comes in a beautiful copper-foil embellished gift box. We even offer a customized card and ribbon-wrap service.
Is my personal information secure when ordering? We adhere to strict industry standards for payment processing using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
